7. Phase 1 Terms Acknowledgment

No setup fee, no monthly retainer

Billed weekly, per qualified appointment only

An appointment is only invoiced if it meets the qualification bar defined above

A no-show, or an appointment missing a required decision-maker, is never invoiced

Billing is for delivering a qualified appointment, not for whether it is closed — that outcome is outside Appointment Engine's control

Client funds ad spend directly through their own ad account — Appointment Engine never holds client ad budget

Client has granted Appointment Engine Admin or Partner-level Facebook Page access, and provided accurate legal business name, EIN, and physical address for SMS carrier registration

Client has 48 hours from each invoice date to flag any line item before it is considered final (see Service Agreement, Section 4)
